FTSE Group has launched the FTSE UK Commercial Property Index Series, a set of investable indices for the UK commercial property market. These indices provide investors with a definitive daily measure of the performance of investable, institutional grade commercial property in the UK. The indices also provide the basis for investors to achieve exposure to this important asset class by using property derivatives, and achieving a more diversified and liquid alternative to investing directly in physical property assets.
