Westbury Commercial Property Fund

This Fund was established in 2002 as an open-ended investment company (OEIC) based in Guernsey with an initial offering of 500 million shares. The Fund holds long leaseholds and freeholds in a portfolio of UK real estate with strong tenancies.

The OEIC is open to direct investment and is also structured as a master-fund into which a number of closed-ended feeder funds may invest substantially all of their assets.
